Logical framework of the project under execution “Strengthening the resilience of communities affected by the armed conflict in Colombia, through the social and economic integration of internally displaced persons and the receiving population” also involves some current aspects demanded by the changing economy in which the local business sector moves and its effects on the three communities to intervene. A total of 380 members of families chosen will be supported according to the capacities, interests and business skills in associative ways, value chains or strengthening, the best solution will be jointly identified through workshops, and if your business plan is approved you will receive promotion in seed capital in kind accompanied by training, technical assistance and accompaniment from commissioning to 2019. The achievement of income through sustainable microenterprises enables the displaced and receiving population to create and strengthen the foundations of their economic autonomy. This will help the displaced to gain legitimacy and recognition in the host community, and to create an identity in the new territorial and cultural environment. This mechanism for promoting business mentality and economic strengthening must help to materialize the right of families to obtain income that respects human dignity, additionally those who do not achieve approval of productive unity may participate in the employability methodology route. to improve its vocational profile and intersect with the business offer of the municipality previously identified to undergo an employment opportunity. Training on microenterprises and specific techniques will be set up and carried out by the National Apprenticeship Service (SENA), which offers preparation courses of several months.
