This research work aims to know the organizational structures that obey corporate sustainability in social and non-profit organizations in the tourist, cultural and historical district of Santa Marta. Its content summarizes what is organizational structure and corporate sustainability and how is its adoption in the most specific social and non-profit organizations in Santa Marta in the funds of employees of the third sector, how its organizational structure is designed and what were the norms met for creation of it, treatment of placing its application in the context of corporate sustainability. This text is addressed to students and professionals in the accounting and administrative discipline. Its content gives the reader the basic concepts characteristic of organizational structures and corporate sustainability this research identify, characterize and describe these. As well as the identifications required to identify organizational structures with a view to corporate sustainability, based on a diagnosis that reveals the internal problems regarding the bad structuring that companies have been using. The research seeks to deepen the designs of organizational structures of some employee funds of the third sector in the city of Santa Marta. technical experiments such as surveys and analysis of literature on organizational structures subject to corporate sustainability are used, so that the results of the research are supported by accepted techniques, this provides a report to the solidarity economic sector with the characterization and identification of the organizational structures and in the same way a contribution to the issue of cooperativism that already covers the issue of corporate sustainability. With this research you can know the trends of organizational structures with a vision in corporate sustainability.
