In order to carry out the constancy of the knowledge acquired through the diploma in human talent management based on competencies, and in turn in proof of the existing interest towards the professional population of the public education sector, this research article was carried out. This document focuses its attention on the documentary review to identify the factors associated with burnout syndrome in education professionals, allowing the recognition of causal agents of the affectation of the mental, social and occupational health of the professional who provides his services as an educator. . This documentary review article is presented based on Mindfulness theory, whose humanistic approach intervenes with the full realization of the different areas of an individual's life, while simultaneously relating to strategies focused on relaxation and stress release . For the relevant case of the investigation, it conceives the object referring to the profession and the work of the teachers in the exercise of their profession.
