The experience and knowledge were the main pillars in the internship, to get Job Title in Business Management, with it is clear and specifically where the important work is done that requires the institution, in this case the San Vicente Hospital Arauca ESE, this work consists of the updated the manual document and procedures for managing communications and customer support - financial and accounting management of the hospital san Vicente ESE. To start you were given training on the actions to take, with each leader process, surveys were conducted which provided support to identify gaps hindering the fulfillment of my work as Management Trainee. They were executed set tasks, meeting daily, weekly and monthly activities of each process, including treasury, budgeting, communication, user information, accounting and costs, bringing a relationship of each of the documents and updated as the result of review, as these were outdated and obsolete. After completing this work and fulfilled commitments, we proceeded to the production of brochures and flowchart, which was embodied the importance of compliance with current regulations (NTC-GP/1000:2009 Quality Standards and Technical Governance).
