Resume: | Desde el inicio del marketing digital, surgieron una gran cantidad de modificaciones que tuvieron un impacto en los beneficios de las empresas, dependiendo de la plataforma, el producto, y la forma de implementación de marketing que se realice. Así como también, hubo alteraciones en el marketing mix, en las plataformas y estilos de publicación y, en el comportamiento de las personas, al pasar a reconocer a las marcas como mejores o de más valor, al encontrar la suficiente información requerida de manera digital . |
Abstract: | Since the beginning of digital marketing, a large number of modifications emerged that had an impact on the profits of the companies, problems of the platform, the product and the form of marketing implementation that was carried out. As well as, there were alterations in the marketing mix, in the platforms and styles of publication and, in the behavior of the people, when passing to recognize the brands as better or of more value, when finding the sufficient required information in digital way . In the development of the systematic review of literature, the most relevant changes from its beginnings to the most recent studies and advances are shown over the years. Which allows to identify, how, and how were the advances in both the social and business culture. As a result, and giving some examples such as Bimbo Mexico and PetStar that shows ideas of marketing 4.0 and green marketing, determined the effects of the digital era on the growth of companies, sectors and people. |
