An analysis of fundamental rights such as that of life is made in front of the certification of native seeds.In Colombia there has been an increasingly pronounced and more conscious process in the face of this problem that humanity is going through and that requires us all a greater Human capacity for understanding life, especially for sense and understanding of what makes human life possible. This research aims to account for the biopolitical and bioethical capacity of the situation presented by the country, from the guarantee of the rights that protect and defend natural resources as heritage assets that sustain and guarantee ecological, environmental, social, economic and cultural life. of our nation. From the study of the current situation presented by the agrarian social phenomena of the country by the application of the agreements of the international free trade agreement, a crisis arises around agriculture and its sustainable element that are the seeds, with the implementation of the law upov 91 and resolution 970, an event is generated that reveals a deeper concern of what certified seeds mean for a purely agrarian country, of a culture of conservation of its native seeds.
