This business practice proposed as a degree modality is based on proposing a comprehensive communication plan in order to improve the strengthening, recognition and competitiveness of the Tu Fácil Fácil S.A.S. The importance of the execution of this project born by the need of coherent strategic strategies for the achievement of communication goals and objectives that are directed to recognition through the redesign of the image and corporate identity, dissemination of the organizational culture for the improvement of the climate organizational and the development of creative actions for the creation of strategic alliances. For the design of the Plan, the general aspects of the entity and the current situation with its environment will be taken as a basis, through a specified internal and external diagnosis of Serna's theory (2003), which will be investigated and determine possible failures in integral communication management. Based on the results detected, a proposal was proposed to solve the communication deficiencies, as well as to implement in a period of time the Plan, which highlights the set of activities, strategies, tools and tactics for the prosperity of the company.
