The proposed degree option is aimed at determining how the organizational climate influences the labor productivity of TORONTO DE COLOMBIA LTDA, Santa Marta headquarters. For the development of the same, the theories of authors related to the variables under study such as Segredo A. (2013), Zapata D. (2000), Galindo M. and Ríos V. (2015), Felsinger E. and Runza P. (2002) among others. A type of documentary and descriptive research with non-experimental and transectional design is used in which information is collected from books, magazines, articles and informative data of the same organization; Likewise, surveys were applied to identify the reality of the organizational climate and the productivity of the company. It is concluded that conducting an investigation about the organizational climate to improve labor productivity is one of the most efficient and least expensive ways that is why the company TORONTO DE COLOMBIA LTDA was recommended to design a continuous control of the strategies presented in this document , since the efforts made by it are good, but, they can be further improved in order to increase labor productivity and generate a general mental stability of the structure of the organization.
