Resumen
Psychological trauma from violent experiences has been evidenced in a variety of studies, the most frequent being post-traumatic stress and depression. This review will focus on knowing the prevalence of psychological trauma in victims of the internal armed conflict by forced disappearance. Method. Systematic review of published studies on the prevalence of psychological trauma in victims of the internal armed conflict due to enforced disappearance. Research articles published in the Scopus, Proquest and ScienceDirect databases have been searched using the following terms: "psychological trauma", "psychological trauma", "armed conflict", "armed conflict" "forced disappearance" and "prevalence", prevalence". Results: The results obtained show the lack of existing records on the prevalence of psychological trauma in victims of enforced disappearance. Conclusions: The research on psychological effects of the internal armed conflict, should emphasize those scourges that may be less frequent as the fact of forced disappearance. It is evident that the majority of studies relate to the victimological facts of displacement and homicide, the main reported traumas being post-traumatic stress, depression and anxiety, which implies the need for comprehensive interventions given the high level of vulnerability and psychosocial risk that victims possess in general
