Over the years, industries have obtained a high competitiveness index, in order to excel in the market it is necessary to offer high quality products, seeking customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The Mauro Jackson company is dedicated to the commercialization of women's and men's clothing, based on the quality and innovation of its products, but this is not enough to make it stand out in the market due to the high competition index. Every day that passes the demands of the customers towards the quality of the products they want to obtain is greater, in this way, the products and services handle international marketing standards which allows to comply with the requirements and standards in the market where they enter. Due to this reason, an international certification is proposed as a strategy to remain competitive and enter new markets. The ISO 9001: 2015 standard establishes the minimum requirements to implement a Quality Management System and thus seek continuous improvement in the company.
