This project was carried out in the modality of degree in Business Practice, directed by Daniel Sebastián Rodríguez Venegas; Tenth semester student of Social Communication of the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia. The intervention was managed through an internal study of the tools of the Innovate Nutrition company, generating an ideal solution to the problem presented in the sales area. The work consisted of identifying the management of internal channels by the commercial advisers of the organization, based on instability in compliance with the procedures requested by the board of directors. When organizing the activities carried out in the area and responsible delegates, an informative format was built to clarify the communication routes in its general management. Following the different recommendations by Management, a process map was designed to simplify the built format, clearly illustrating the correct management of the company's internal channels. Finally, the update of one of the most used tools by the sales team was presented, contributing to the new management and consolidation of key data for strategic allies. This proposal was approved by the company, establishing the direction of hosting the project and implementing it in the future; reason why it is suggested to carry out the strategies presented in the degree project in the other areas of the company.
