Resumen
Given the constant repairs and effects suffered by pavement structures, by public service companies, crocodile skin, potholes, heavy vehicle traffic, collapse, among others, it has been decided to study alternative solutions to mitigate these anomalies with mixtures unconventional cold being another option for the repair of flexible floors. There are materials on the market based on polyurethanes (pavifloor) and others based on polymers (percol) with satisfactory components for the preparation of samples, which with their proper handling, dosing and combined with granular materials (gravels and sand) can be subjected to laboratory tests in the dynamic module machine, obtaining data of its resilient module, deformation, workability, satisfactory that allow to compare them with conventional asphalt mixtures used for the rehabilitation of flexible pavements, determining similarities, differences and benefits of each material. This report demonstrates the different behaviors of non-conventional materials used in the laboratory (percol, pavifloor), versus asphalt samples collected in a section of track and obtained in the university's laboratory with addition in percentages of RAP, the tests developed they throw data in the dynamic module machine identifying resilient modules and permanent deformations, characterizing unconventional materials for possible use in patching flexible pavements. The comparisons of the materials are carried out with master curves that characterize the dynamic behavior of the unconventional mixture and the asphalt, determining the value of the module for the frequency - specific temperature of the design. With this tool it is possible to give control to the results obtained in the laboratory, since it allows the construction of a series of graphs that simulate the behavior of the materials at different temperatures, frequencies and load applications.
