Resumen
The homicide perpetuated in the context of a couple has been investigated by multiple investigators who seek to know the risk factors that trigger violent behavior towards the couple, also the psychosocial profile that accompanies it because there is theoretical and empirical evidence that supports the biological, psychological composition and social that accompanies the victimizer and that causes the increase of violent behaviors focused on their partner or former partner; For this reason, the present study aimed to: identify through a documentary review comprised in a period from 2000 to 2019 the influential psychosocial factors in the execution of homicides in couples in Latin America; For this, a qualitative study with phenomenological-hermeneutical design was used, under a systematic analysis of literature to specialized and scientific journals obtained from databases such as E-book, PsycCRITIQUES, redalyc.org and Scielo. The results obtained show that the risk factors are associated with the biological, psychopathological and psychosocial factors with a percentage of 34% for each one, because these are relevant for the construction of the profile; as for the characteristics of the victim's psychosocial profile, cognitive distortions and psychopathological alterations are located. To conclude, the need to undertake research that facilitates the quantification of risk factors and the psychosocial profile of the perpetrator is mentioned, to later create in society processes that sensitize and educate the population about the routes of legal and psychological accompaniment to prevent and intervene acts violent in the context of a couple.
