Resumen
Migratory flows from the Venezuelan population to Colombia have changed their pattern. These are young people who in their narratives show a great heterogeneity in their positions of socioeconomic class, gender, reasons for migration and different forms of social, labor, educational and political insertion, which break with the image maintained by the Colombian State about of Venezuelan migrants investors and successful. The case study was carried out with a Venezuelan migrant who is in Colombian territory 3 years ago, specifically in the city of Bucaramanga; The objective of this study was to recognize their experiences in the labor, social, emotional and economic fields within the process of inclusion that a migrant has to face. The migrant lives 4 phases to reach a point of adaptation to the cultural environment, honeymoon phase, rejection, adjustment and dominance. The different subject areas are evaluated and a conclusion is given.
