Social imaginaries as ceaseless construction of meaning, perform like elements instuents from social world; from this approach it was analyzed as a group of former guerilla combatants signify the political transition to post conflict. It was investigated from Discourse Analysis as method, interview in Depth and focus group as strategies to collect information. It was done with twenty people who are in social process to reintegration into civil life. It was found that the political transition is meant through metaphor of the invasion, they appear in three dimensions, from which identity limbo is configured: paramilitary groups as invaders of territories, ideology of the guerrilla group as device invader of subjectivity, former combatants as invaders of different places of the civil society. This metaphor has effects in the instituted and instituting dimension of imaginary: it’s stemming from power discourses and provides creative ways to the social actors to stablishes valuable resources to understand the psychosocial dynamics of the post-conflict and to strengthen public polici
