This social practice, proposed as a degree modality, arose from the problem that was evidenced on the misuse by students and the university community in general of the materials, spaces and services offered by the Central Library, of the Cooperative University of Colombia, Bogotá headquarters. Taking into account what was observed in the diagnosis of the identification of the need, it was determined that it was essential to lead to an awareness of the academic community, regarding the value, commitment and responsibility of the good use that should be given to the services, materials and spaces offered in the library. Due to the above, an intervention was carried out from the area of communication, taking into account that it can effectively contribute to transforming and changing the way in which students and university community, act and make use of spaces, materials and services, by Therefore, a communicative strategy was proposed and designed to minimize the problems faced by this dependency. Finally, it was achieved as a result to cover this need, the design of a campaign called Your Library Your Space, consisting of the elaboration of graphic pieces composed of infographics, awareness and informative images of ¿Did you know that...?, the approach was also included of a BTL action, to complement the previous communication strategy.
