Resumen
The objective of this assignment is to identify the impact that emotional intelligence has on labor practices in organizations, especially, considering the effect that different intelligences related to the generation of knowledge in the organization can have. The question that is attempted to be solved with this work, answers the question: how does emotional intelligence influence the ability of a person to access a job? To achieve this issue, the publications about the theory of emotional intelligence and the theory of work practices that have given rise to this area of knowledge were reviewed. The result that was achieved with this article demonstrates that there is a high relationship between emotional intelligence and work performance, that means, the more complex the work, the more emotional intelligence becomes necessary and there cannot be an independent way so much like the other one.
