| Resume: | Este articulo recopila información de diferentes autores sobre la insuficiencia renal , la cual puede afectar a caninos de cualquier edad pero se presenta mas casos de animales geriátricos, algunos de los tratamientos que se pueden implementar para tratar no son suficientes para retrasar el daño renal y no son bien implementados por el veterinario tratante por falta de conocimiento, la hemodiálisis en la actualidad se ha considerado como una alternativa para el tratamiento de la insuficiencia renal crónica y aguada pero es poco implementada en las clínicas veterinarias por su alto costo y algunas implicaciones medicas que pueden afectar al paciente . |
| Abstract: | This article collects information from different authors about kidney failure, which can affect canines of any age but there are more cases of geriatric animals, some of the treatments that can be implemented to treat are not enough to delay kidney damage and not They are well implemented by the veterinarian for lack of knowledge, hemodialysis has now been considered as an alternative for the treatment of chronic and watery renal failure but is poorly implemented in veterinary clinics because of its high cost and some medical implications that They can affect the patient. |
