| Resume: | El artículo tratará de explicar la adherencia al tratamiento psicológico en el trastorno sexual-pedofilia, entendiendo este como una parafilia en la que alguna atracción sexual intensa, urgente, recurrente, por los niños, existiendo casi exclusivamente apetito sexual y excitación incontrolables por los menores de 13 años. Los pedófilos pueden ser del sexo masculino o femenino. Tiene como característica central la actividad sexual con niños. La investigación se realizó, teniendo en cuenta los paradigmas Cognitivo-Conductual, pues según los postulados teóricos la ciencia es la terapia que mejores resultados ha demostrado brindar al abordar este tipo de trastornos para el cual no existe cura, pero sí un manejo por psicoterapia lo cual permite manejarla. Para el desarrollo de este tema de investigación se realizó una revisión teórica. Con el fin de determinar la adherencia al tratamiento psicológico de esta parafilia. De igual manera la investigación se realizó a partir de las herramientas como la Taxonomía de Bloom y la metodología prisma. Las cuales permitieron cumplir con el objetivo general describir la adherencia al tratamiento Psicológico Del trastorno sexual-pedofilia en relación a las investigaciones consultadas y su adherencia al tratamiento Psicológico. |
| Abstract: | The article will try to explain the adherence to psychological treatment in the sexual-pedophilia disorder, understanding this as a paraphilia in which there is an intense, urgent, recurrent sexual attraction for children, there being almost exclusively sexual appetite and uncontrollable excitement for children under 13. Pedophiles can be male or female. Its main characteristic is sexual activity with children. The research was carried out, taking into account the Cognitive-Behavioral paradigms, because according to the theoretical postulates science is the therapy that has shown the best results when addressing this type of disorders for which there is no cure but a management by psychotherapy which allows to manage it. For the development of this research topic, a theoretical review was carried out. In order to determine the adherence to the psychological treatment of this paraphilia, the research was carried out using tools such as Bloom's Taxonomy and the prism methodology. Which allowed to fulfill the general objective to describe the adherence to the Psychological treatment of the sexual-pedophilia disorder in relation to the consulted investigations and its adherence to the Psychological treatment |
