Resumen
The peaceful alliance was created in 2012 and is constituted by Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru who signed this agreement for the creation of an integration force between Latin American countries and also have access to the Pacific Ocean. The reasons for creating this new group are geopolitically and economically related to the free trade zone composed of the four countries. There is still much to do to end extreme poverty, and many challenges remain. In much of the world, the pace of growth is too slow, and investment is too low to raise the median income. In many countries, the pace of poverty reduction has been slower or has not even improved. According to statistics and studies to be able to eradicate poverty or make an action plan for this, it is first of all necessary to give priority to early childhood development, in addition to achieving universal access to education and health, as well as improving the infrastructure of each Moreover, progress is often temporary for those who have managed to get out of poverty, economic crises, food insecurity and climate change threaten to take away what they have achieved with so much effort and to do them again in falling into poverty. It will be essential to find ways to deal with these problems as progress is made in each of the countries of the peaceful alliance.
