Resumen
Urban development is linked to population growth, no scientific justification is needed to determine this, except to deny that every day the number of people on our planet increases. This document presents situations associated with the development of factors intrinsically related to the previous issues, from a civil engineering point of view seeking to correlate data clearly and concisely, in order to respond to the title of the document and the research question raised. There will be a tour of the aspects of urban construction focused on the existing routes cycle, linking the construction methods, locations, material dispositions and affectation by contamination identified in foci measured by recognized and endorsed entities, such as CORMACARENA. During the process, the data presented by sources of scientific research, backed by different platforms such as SCOPUS and WEB OF SCIENCE, from which research and academic value data will be linked, will allow us to make meticulous comparisons in models already traveled, on solid waste pollution and air pollution processes. As the document progresses, the methodological development will be appreciated and as this allows the scope of the objectives, focusing a great deal of attention on the identification of the existing cycle mesh routes in the city of Villavicencio, its location with respect to high points or pollution sources, either due to physical aspects or air quality. Always having as reference different control points of variables, located by CORMACARENA, and the identification of health aspects or their relation with respect to risks, documented for Colombia and other parts of the world, with transport models based on cycle routes. Finally, we will find the review of the literature and its framework within the competent geographical area, passing from the legal framework object of the related issues and reaching the respective conclusions of the present investigation.
