The following social practice seeks to intervene the Corporación Educativa Indoamericana, a colombian aeronautical instruction center with more than 30 years of experience educating personnel for the aviation sector. The purpose of this intervention is to design a communication strategy that helps to introduce the new academic program for Commercial Pilots to all Indoamericana's administrative staff in order for them to get to know the entire academic and commercial information of this brand new program and set an appropriate corporate image that helps Indoamericana to increase its competitiveness in the current aviation instruction centers market through the implementation of effective communication strategies. Currently, Indoamericana has a commercial plan to position and promote the new academic program at a national level, however the strategy's distribution and its basic general information is not shared with the administrative personnel. After this company's intervention, we pretend to create a conection between the administrative staff and the Commercial Pilot's program that helps to promote the requirements, advantages and benefits of this new academic program.
