The Directorate of National Taxes and Customs, is a national technical and specialized government entity that has its own legal status, budgetary and administrative autonomy. Its objective is to collect and control everything related to tax, customs and exchange obligations. In order to reduce the burden of employees of the entity, of taxpayers to dispatch, DIAN implement the request of some practitioners of the Cooperative University of Colombia in order to be provided with a "integral support" in certain areas, between these, the customer support management división. Throughout the development of the practices in the DIAN, we seek to strengthen knowledge in tax matters, as well as achieve a certain mastery of the MUISCA platform and the processes that are managed through it. This through the fulfillment of several tasks as a professional practitioner in the customer support management división, in the exercise of providing guidance to the taxpayer in the procedures required by the DIAN, which implies that in certain tasks i must use the MUISCA platform, depending on the procedures required, thus strengthening my knowledge of it. And in other cases, assigning appointments through the DIAN website to taxpayers, according to the services that are required, and in cases where direct accompaniment by a DIAN functionary is necessary.
