In the context of restaurant services, it has been observed that in the municipality of Arauca there has been an increase in the number of places that sell food, some do so formally and others informally, but both seek to meet the needs of the population. Some of the hotels in the city also provide this service whitin their facilities, as is the case of the international hotel Sanbara, which know its history, products, services, strengths and weaknesses, will also identify a problema and study how to attrct customers to this service. To this end, a neuromarketig campaign will be designed that will allow, through social networks, to provoke emotionsand sensations that arouse the interest of the araucanian population to know and use the restaurant service of the aforementioned hotel, abtaining favourable acceptance and resonse the population.
