Decades of political and social violence have put Colombia in a sadly privileged place to study one of its main phenomena is armed conflict, insecurity and crime in an underdeveloped country submerged in internal conflicts that limit its growth and development. At the same time, repeated attempts to resolve the armed conflict through negotiated means have provided inputs for studies of the conditions surrounding the negotiations and the construction of peace as the main source of change, Colombia is the second country where it has the most impact forced displacement with a figure of 6 million people. In the region, although this scourge has diminished, a total of 146,460 displaced persons have been registered since 1985 until the first half of 2015, in 21 municipalities belonging to the Territorial Unit of Victims Magdalena Medio. And it is that beyond the forced displacement is cataloged by the National Government, through Law 1448, as a victimizing event of the armed conflict in Colombia, neither the dialogues with subversive groups, nor the demobilizations of paramilitary actors, have prevented continue to have a high impact in the country
