Resumen
in this work the main environmental impacts that were generated with the improvement and reconstruction of the road in the sector were determined. Section 1: la sierrita-Junín, sector around the municipality of Venadillo, department of Tolima. In addition, the necessary measures to be taken to cause the least possible damage to the environment will be defined. When carrying out a detailed study of the sector to identify the environmental factors that could possibly be affected by the improvement of the road as they are medium (biotic, abiotic and environmental partner) it was determined that through the conduct of a survey the impacts that people living in the area perceived with their senses such as noise, dust, odors and activities they observed were causing damage to nature such as felling trees, damage to vegetation, inadequate management of debris and garbage among others. After carrying out this process of surveying people and knowing the results, the Leopold matrix was applied, which is a means of identifying the main impacts that will be generated with the execution of the project. The opinion of the people who gave the survey and thus a positive and negative rating was given, after adding all the ratings it was obtained as a result that the air and soil factor were the ones that will be most affected mainly by the operation of the vehicles and machinery that works in the project since these generate a lot of noise and at the same time generate particulate material which affects the people who live in the area. At the end of this document, as a result, it was found that the respective programs found in the manual (INVIAS, 2011) were applied to adequately manage the possible impacts generated by the execution of this project. In addition, environmental management cards were also designed which will be applied to prevent damage to the environment.
