This research is carried out in order to describe the school climate at the Aurelio Martínez Mutis School, Headquarters B of the city of Bucaramanga, identifying the factors of the school climate, whether positive or negative, as a fundamental factor of coexistence. In this study we proceed to know the classroom climate under the definitions provided by several authors, taking into account the agents and the factors existing in the classroom. The actors of the institution must be responsible for providing a stable school climate in the classroom, which is why the importance of taking into account the needs of the students of the stage to be studied is highlighted. To achieve this goal, a research with a quantitative descriptive approach was designed, through the Battery of Instruments for the Evaluation of School Climate in Victoria Eugenia Gutiérrez Marfileño Elementary Schools, of the “structured questionnaire” type, they are addressed to the different actors of the event. educational (supervisor, principal, teachers, parents and students) since it is thought that the valuation of the different educational actors on the same aspects allows a more complete and reliable assessment of the school climate. A sample was taken with 125 participants, where there were 60 students, 60 parents and 4 teachers.
