Resumen
A case study of a 30-year-old female patient who presented anxiety generated by conflicts in the family relationship, affecting its dynamics and functioning well. In the scientific literature, anxiety is a disorder that is defined as an emotional response that integrates subjective or cognitive aspects of unpleasant nature, body and physiological symptoms characterized by a high degree of performance of the perispheric system and dysfunctional behaviors little adaptive (Perez, 2010). In the present case, the patient describes a bad relationship with the mother and with another sister, which has generated distance and deterioration in the communication. The psychological evaluation through the HTP (House - Tree - Person) tests, as a projective personality test, report features of rigidity, insecurity, anxiety, immaturity and difficulty in establishing relationships with others. Psychotherapeutic intervention is aimed at strengthening the bond affective family and promote a functional and assertive communication.
