In this work you will find the implementation of Lean Manufactoring and Industry 4.0 tools. The first part, called: Automated Cylinder Production processes, contains a panorama in which production is fully digitized through a four-station production system: cylinder distribution, PICK & PLACE, pneumatic muscle press and sorting. There were no major drawbacks since after performing the scanning of each station which was done through the CODESYS software. In-line production was obtained where 10 cylinders were assembled in 2 min and could be controlled from a mobile device anywhere with network connection. The second part, called: Semi Automated Cylinder Production Processes, contains a panorama in which the production was semi automated with a production goal of 60 cylinders in a time of 45 min, three simulation cycles for the production were carried out of cylinders In the first simulation cycle, the functions that each participant was going to perform were randomly organized. In this first cycle the results obtained were quite discouraging and unfortunately it resembles what is observed in some organizations, with a yield of 3%, that is, 60 cylinders to be produced in 45 min, only 2 cylinders were produced with an average time of delivery of 14 min for each cylinder, the delivery was not made on time, where productivity was 1.28% and losses were generated, it ended without cash flow, with cost overruns and owing personnel settlement. In the second cycle, tools such as the PUSH, PHVA, SMED, SIX SIGMA systems were used, with which favorable results were obtained. The production was 59 cylinders in 45 min, with a productivity of 63.41%, because it was not delivered on time, a profit was obtained. Finally, the third cycle was a success, since several of the Lean manufacturing tools were implemented which contributed to the results expected by management. Such tools are the VSM (VALUE STREAM MAPPING), THE TAKT TIME, LAS 5´S, KANBAN, TPM, KAIZEN, SMED. Resulting in the delivery of 59 cylinders in 45 min with a productivity of 75.64%.
