Resumen
Labor precariousness is one of the most common problems in professional practice, and is part of the greatest current challenges at the national and international level. Objective: To carry out a systematic literature review of the current state of knowledge concerning the Labor Precariousness of the Veterinary Physician, in studies carried out in the period of time between 2009 and 2019. Design: Systematic literature review Sources of Information: Science Direct, Pubmed, Scopus, Google Scholar, Springer. Inclusion Criteria: Articles were used whose study object was related to job insecurity, with publication date exceeding or equal to 2009, in Spanish and English languages, open access review and research articles. Exclusion criteria: Articles with themes that are not relevant to the study in question, with a publication age of more than 10 years, in languages other than Spanish, English. Restricted Documents Results: From 31102 articles reviewed in the different databases initially with keywords, 30 were selected that passed all the filters and met the inclusion criteria. Conclusions: It is very complex to find studies that describe job insecurity in specific disciplinary areas. Currently there is a broad interest by researchers in developing multidimensional approaches to job insecurity A relevant factor that contributes to job insecurity is due to globalization and the desire of companies to generate economic growth through employment flexibility.
