This article was made from the analysis of data from the descriptive research method, which allowed us to identify the different error factors presented by the interviewer or interviewee, which can be found in the types of interviews. Where the phases and postures that allow a successful interview are identified and how to mitigate inaccuracy, based on the roles that make up the organizational interview. This is why it is important to determine the shortcomings of the development of organizational interviews and establish the possible errors that arise in this context, in the company of the types of interviews according to the profile to which it aspires. Finally, today it is one of the most used technical tools in the area of human management for the recruitment and selection of personal, that is why the somatic, psychological and physical mistakes that are presented in the process are identified, leaving the professional part first and look for possible methods of control.
