Resumen
Under the modality of social practice and solidarity as a grade option, the students of Social Media of the Cooperative University of Colombia, Cristian Camilo Bolívar Muñoz, Angie Tatiana Silva Niño and Gustavo Adolfo Chávez Conde, made an intervention in the corporation Mujeres Liderando América Latina, a corporation that seeks the recognition and empowerment of women in different fields. During the intervention process, diagnostic tools were applied to understand the needs of the corporation related to internal communication. In this way, after identifying the needs of the corporation, we sought to establish a communication strategy that would improve the internal processes of the same, with the results obtained and the collaboration of the volunteers of the corporation, it was possible to apply different management tools such as SWOT Analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE or MEFI in Spanish) External Factor Evaluation (EFE or MEFI in Spanish) and Benchmarking to have clarity on the areas in which to work and the most appropriate communication strategies to design. In this way, the communicative proposal is based on optimizing messages, dynamizing dissemination channels and promoting the participation of members of the corporation according to their skills, improving the working environment and the image within the organization.
