Quebrada Grande is a tributary of the Bogotá River of great importance within the municipality of San Antonio del Tequendama. Therefore an analysis of the risks, threats and vulnerabilities that ranged from its source in the Peñas Blancas reserve to its mouth in the Bogota river was made. The study was developed based on the information from the nearby meteorological stations and the history of events in the microbasin; Geographical Information Systems were used and water behavior was analyzed. In the risk matrix, it was determined that there are currently risks for the population, which must be managed to prevent them from becoming an emergency, among the priorities are the shortage of water, water pollution and landslides, all caused by intervention human. Emergency and contingency plans can be established to prevent disasters in the affected population through this contribution.
