The objective of this research was to recognize the effects of secrets and assumptions produced by fears / fears in the practice of sexual relations between young university students, conduct a mixed-type estudió, be approached by systematic review of the literature and supported in various bibliographic forces, which directly address the secrets and assumptions produced by fears / fears in the practice of sexual relations between university students. In addition, it develops a semi-structured interview in a sample of 45 university students from the Cooperative University of Colombia, 24 women and 23 men, with ages ranging from 17 to 24 years, protecting the identity of the participants, guaranteeing the information collected is with educational purpose, managing the results of semi-structured interviews as units and without commitment to the person at any time. Based on the results, it can be evidenced that young university students are constantly in an exploratory sexual attitude with their partners, avoiding maintaining monotonous relationships and constantly seeking to maintain pleasure in them, handling secrets and individual assumptions produced by their own fears or fears, generating repercussions in the practice of sexual intercourse. Being the most frequent fears of infidelity, physical and mental abuse, need to please your partner and requests such as specific positions, oral sex and some fetishes.
