This study aims to develop a profile of quality of life of cancer patients from the Voluntary Association Relief Cancer (QALY), taking into account the therapeutic intervention strategies, opting for the physical, emotional and psychological state in which find patients and their perception towards cancer treatment, for which a quantitative research design and descriptive approach, in which some research, international, national and local history are analyzed addresses. As the sample, she joined 42 persons of both sexes, with an average of greater and older between 36 to 94 years and who met the inclusion criteria. Thus, as an instrument used is the WHOQOL-BREF is a questionnaire developed by the World Health Organization (WHO) in order to have an international measure of quality of life. Therefore, statistical data analysis comprising recording the same in a database in Excel spreadsheets and subsequent analysis with the SPSS V.24 program. As participants integrated sample and their demographics (gender, age range, marital status, education level), it was found that the dominant data are female gender with 78.6%, the age range 59 to 74 years with 45.2%, marital status with 35.7% and finally, the primary education level with 52.4%. Finally, it is mentioned that the most common cancer among the population and its pathologies is breast cancer. Regarding the questions participants concluded that most of the eligible population quality of life as a regular, likewise, report feeling dissatisfied with their health, therefore, think that physical pain prevents them from taking basic activities, therefore need to consider medical treatment to function in your daily life. Moreover, participants expressed that they can enjoy life normally, have a capacity of normal concentration, they feel safe in their daily lives and have enough energy for daily life. As for his physical appearance, the object shows population accepted as they are. On the other hand, participants express that they are dissatisfied with sleep, e fail to sleep enough time that is required to rest. They express feeling satisfied with himself, and feel equally with the support they receive from their friends, on the other hand, there is great dissatisfaction with their sex life.
