It is found as a contribution to the deep analysis of people as ordinary human beings, where they experience their emotions, aptitudes and behaviors within a certain work context, or as a potential resource that can be exploited for the success of an organization, which will identify Human potential is necessary for what is sought in the company and in the development or performance of interpersonal skills where the human factor is the one that interacts in the operation of the normal activities of the position, therefore allowing the optimal development of the Company activities in the acquisition of goods and services. Since it has the look of man as it is, without distinction of sex, race, color, it is social because it has a tendency to life in society and to multi-group participations. He lives in organizations and environments that are increasingly complex and dynamic. Within these explanations and results of the research it was found that one of the great contributions of organizational psychology to the work environment is the description of the behaviors that represent around the work environment as described by Russel in 1963 when giving the following explanation “ The human being is coupled to conditions of accommodation that require an effort to become a reality, and that requires instruments, materials, products that serve to improve and maintain personal circumstances. This demonstrates that the interaction of the individual in the organization is of the utmost importance; or the contributions of psychology in the work environment because if the institutional parameters allow the full development of the personality of the individual within the organization and of course it is maintained in an ideal external environment that provides a work environment indicated according to the sum of the parameters already established within the organization. Regarding the fulfillment of the objectives, it should be noted that it was possible to know and theoretically describe the contributions related to the work environment within an organization; In the second chapter, the description of specific knowledge related to the theoretical training of organizational psychology and the work environment as well as the interactions of the organizational culture where the incident factors that allow an open and participatory work culture of all the students Members of an organization. Where Rentería and Mavezzi (2008) describe it when he states that the work environment shows that the same employee is the one who makes his own environment, thus strengthening his performance at work, when talking about employability, the demands of labor market, since it is not enough to present a curriculum but to the skills that the person develops at the time of serving in a position; such as adequate assertive communication, reasoning and interpersonal interactions where the person learns to work in a team and fill his life with work experience since it is one of the first points of review when applying for a position. What determines us that these incident factors to achieve an adequate work environment is built when the person develops a participatory work culture which is manifested when the staff maintains or generates the ability to keep updated and the capacity for self-criticism, followed by the ability to analysis and synthesis, teamwork, making decisions, knowing one's own competencies and limitations, oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, organization and planning, interdisciplinary teamwork, taking responsibility, adapting to new situations, reasoning critical, and interest in the quality of the performance itself. Gómez and Andrade in 2008, describe the problem of the work environment in Colombia is determined by demotivation and tension. Therefore, any study carried out at this time, will be influenced by considering as more important skills that employees must develop in order for the work environment to be adequate, the ability to work in a team, the ability to analyze and synthesize are evidenced, keep updated their own skills, problem solving, ethical commitment, work in interdisciplinary teams, organization and planning, oral and written communication in their own language, interpersonal relationships, adapt to new situations, self-criticism, decision making, think creatively, Know your own skills and limitations, interest in the quality of your performance, and assume responsibilities. Therefore, to the extent that the economy of our country fails to overcome the distressing challenges it faces today, it will be difficult to adapt human aspirations related to work and convert each individual experience into an enriching and formative element to raise levels of productivity of organizations.
