At present, there is great interest in addressing the work environment in organizations, so that employees and the same organization must face different adversities during the fulfillment of their processes, therefore it is necessary to have a manual of functions by appropriate competencies within the organization. organization where employees must use this in order to clarify the concerns of their corresponding position taking into account the mission and vision of the organization. This work plan is focused on solving one of the problems of the Soem Group organization which relies on organizing the structure it has, through the help of updating and implementing the functions by competencies manual for the employees of the organization in order to improve the processes for the growth and development of the organization in order to achieve better organizational results. It is estimated that this work plan will be of effective help for the human management area of Grupo Soem as it contains the information necessary to provide employees with their general and specific functions as well as the requirements necessary to perform those functions.
