This report is the result of business practices carried out at the Cooperative University of Colombia, Villavicencio headquarters in agreement with the Directorate of National Taxes and Customs - DIAN and financed by the German Cooperation Agency - GIZ, (PROINTCAME) of the project: “ Pilot model closing gaps for the employability of the victim and vulnerable population of Villavicencio ”, to provide advice and support to entrepreneurs and merchants linked to the project and that in addition to this they can access tax benefits for such inclusive employment. With the general objective of diagnosing the interest of businessmen, natural or legal persons to hire victim and vulnerable population in the municipality of Villavicencio included in the current tax benefits and the development of the strategy of the Accounting and Fiscal Support Core (NAF) of the Villavicencio headquarters of the Cooperative University of Colombia. The Cooperative University of Colombia is a private institution of higher education that belongs to the economy sector, in the accounting and tax area, characterizing each of the entrepreneurs and providing advice on the NAF point. The work carried out by Laura Daniela Gutiérrez Barreto, Margarita Daniela Morales Vera and Paula Andrea Torres Quevedo was carried out entirely in the core office of accounting and tax support (NAF) and GIZ employability project, fulfilling the position of technical assistant. The practice was carried out from February 1 of the year 2019 until June 30 of the same year, with a total of 330 hours worked and 20 hours of consultancy fulfilling the requirements for professional practice. The activities carried out during the internship period were appropriate to be able to develop the objectives proposed in practice that were those required by the Cooperative University of Colombia - Villavicencio company led by the German Cooperation Agency GIZ in agreement with the Directorate of Taxes and Customs Nationals DIAN and learn the work that concerns professional practice as a Public Accountant upon graduation. In this way it was possible to contribute to the needs of the company in which the internship was developed.
