This work was carried out in order to build an art state on the challenges that the Colombian government developed to build and implement the peace agreements, from a historical reconstruction on the violent context that the country has experienced. an educational proposal for teaching and learning about the culture of peace communicated through personal and social ethical education based on equal and democratic coexistence where the intercultural and globalist character for the development of all peoples and to opt for disarmament as a principle through three chapters where the axes that were considered the main axes for engaging in work with society were concentrated, where context-specific activities were designed. Property deconcentration, food and territorial sovereignty policies, strengthening of the peasant and indigenous economy; technical training and rural education with an agricultural approach; regulation of mining and the foreigning of the land, are some of the proposals that about 3,000 people made on the subject of land first point of the agenda of dialogues and which they sought to carry out through the work of the state.
