This research outlines the problems that arise from the planning of the teaching project, mainly in the design, implementation and evaluation of the public accounting program where it is necessary to establish the imaginaries and the strategies that support the pedagogical activities oriented to the formation of the Ethical and moral values of public accounting students. Based on methodological models, didactic and theoretical, ontological and epistemological reflections about ethical education so that the student consolidates his perception and learns to think dialectically and significantly the reality of his time (political, social, cultural, economic). The need to make an analysis in the integral education of the personality of students of public accounting, starting from the ethical point of view, interdisciplinary values and the intrinsic and extrinsic influences in that process. The ethical formation is constituted in the bases of the academic community that understands the main problems of the society, according to the necessities of the conflict, and is based on the set of techniques, dynamics, parabolas and reflections that activate in a positive way the emotions And the feelings of accounting ethics of public accounting students.
