Las Delicias creek is an important hydrographic source located in the town of Chapinero in the eastern hills of the city of Bogotá, which “discharges its waters in the Salitre River - Juan Amarillo. The basin of this river is between the basin of the archbishop's ravine, on the south, and the basin of the Broken Forest of Medina ”(District Secretary of Environment, 2015), in the urban area it is in contact with the Bosque neighborhoods Calderón Tejada, Granada, Olivos and El Castillo. This stream provides ecosystem services directly and indirectly, which have access to the link between the functioning of ecosystems and human well-being, since these services are the multitude of benefits that nature brings to society. Diversity among living beings is essential for the function of ecosystems and also these latter services, but the excessive use of ecosystem goods and services as mentioned ecosystem deterioration, loss of biodiversity, contribution to climate change among others . What implies that the practices are evaluated from a possible solution of sustainable approach, the evaluation of the ecosystem goods and services seeks to propose an instrument through which concepts, criteria and methods can be integrated from different sources and involve aspects of the ecological system and human, in such a way that it can be specifically implemented in social situations where projects that are successful in the use and use of resources are found, this with the purpose of analysis the management for the sustainable development of human activities within the dynamics of the environment that facilitate decision-making in the management of biodiversity and the ecosystem services it offers to human well-being.
