This research has its starting point in the problematic related to the integral education of the personality of the Public Accounting students, specifically the strengthening of their ethical and moral values, based on a set of psych pedagogical principles, so that an approach can be favored Holistic and interdisciplinary education of the Ethics Training in the pedagogical process in the program of Public Accounting. It provides a didactic model for the Ethics Training in accounting students, through the reflection and analysis of moral dilemmas, situations and real problems of life and profession, which is based on a set of psych pedagogical principles, taking into account, the ways to strengthen the values of students in the teaching-learning process of the university. It provides a set of didactic requirements for the effective application of the axiological didactic model in the teaching process of the Accounting program. In this sense, it is necessary to characterize the process of education of values from an ethical, communicative and interdisciplinary perspective, and conceptualize them taking into account a holistic approach and configuration, explaining the psychological process for ethical and axiological formation and analyzing the role of the intrinsic and extrinsic influences in this process. The purpose of instrument design as a fundamental basis in the research project of the didactic model for the ethical training of public accounting students, as a fundamental part of each individual, ethics becomes, day by day, a factor of greater importance in the professional world; Based on a set of methodological and didactic principles, so that it can convey a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to Ethics Training in the pedagogical process in the Public Accounting program. The purpose of instrument design as a fundamental basis in the research project of the didactic model for the ethical training of public accounting students, as a fundamental part of each individual, ethics becomes, day by day, a factor of greater importance in the professional world; Based on a set of methodological and didactic principles, so that it can convey a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to Ethics Training in the pedagogical process in the Public Accounting program. The research will provide the development of practical tools and everything necessary to provide research material to assist the effective development of this project led by lead researcher Dr. ALEXANDER ORTIZ. In this sense, it is necessary to characterize the process of education of values from an ethical, communicative and interdisciplinary perspective, and conceptualize them taking into account a holistic approach and configurations, explaining the psychological process for ethical and axiological formation and analyzing the role of the intrinsic and extrinsic influences in this process.
