This investigation has its starting point in the problematic related to the integral education of the personality of the Students of Public Accounting, specifically the strengthening of its ethical and moral values, based on a set of psychopedagogical principles, so that an approach can be favored Holistic and interdisciplinary education of the Ethics Training in the pedagogical process in the program of Public Accounting. It provides a didactic model for the Ethical Training in Public Accounting students, through the reflection and analysis of moral dilemmas, situations and real problems of life and profession, which is based on a set of psychopedagogical principles, taking into account the ways to strengthen the values of students in the teaching-learning process of the university. The essential relationships that characterize the model are determined and the didactic pathways for ethical training and the strengthening of values are developed and the relationship between the affective-motivational and cognitiveinstrumental configurations of the personality of the students for the development of their ethical competencies. The investigation is carried out by researchers from the public accounting program of the Cooperativa de Colombia University (headquarters of Santa Marta, Bogotá, Quibdó and Arauca), Pedagógica y Tecnológica de Colombia University (Tunja), Agustiniana University (Bogotá), and Holguín University. These universities will be object of study together with the Costa University, Simón Bolívar University and Corporación Educativa del Litoral in Barranquilla; Corporación Universitaria Regional del Caribe and University Colombo-Americana in Cartagena; Magdalena University and Corporación Unificada Nacional in Santa Marta.
