The research titled Evaluación de la ejecución del modelo pedagógico en la licenciatura de una universidad privada de Bucaramanga was designed as a contribution to maintain the educational quality of a university program, by evaluating its pedagogical model called Horizontes de Espera en el Reconocimiento Multiconceptual en Estudios Sociales Cooperativos (HERMES). The objective that guided the research process was: To evaluate the execution of the HERMES pedagogical model in the degree of a private university of Bucaramanga. And the purpose is to contribute to the continuous improvement of the pedagogical model. For the evaluation of the execution of the HERMES pedagogical model, the CIPP model was taken into account in response to the methodological components of HERMES (PFN Level Training Projects, MICEA and German Seminar). The analysis of the information and the elaboration of the proposal were based on: Habermasian theory, critical pedagogy, didactics, flexibility, transversality, interdisciplinarity, PFN level training projects, MICEA and German Seminar. In identifying the needs, the improvement plan focused on the German seminar for execution in a virtual environment.
