The project was carried out in the new building of the public Market (NEMP) of the city of holy Martha, the used methodology is quantitative and qualitative of descriptive type, since it (he she) is interested for studying the perception of the merchants of the public market of Holy Martha (MP), the work initiates with the application of the instrument, realized during September, 2016, 256 merchants, immediately afterwards (continuously) there were characterized the small businessmen of the (MP), the work thinks that there exist negative situations that impede the development of the sector of the (MP); between (among) these, an informal market, a countable deficient process, there are no controls administrative officer, not of quality. Finally, the project book-keeper proposes four strategies of sustainability, himself(herself), the first one, training in activities, second, legalization, third administrative control and fourth digital marketing.
