1408/5000 Customer service is a work and permanent commitment that public officials of the National Directorate of Taxation and Customs-DIAN must perform on a daily basis to fully satisfy the needs of taxpayer citizens; All institutional efforts must be aimed at solving their requirements and expectations within the current legal framework, in compliance with the obligations required by the Colombian State, guaranteeing their rights in an environment of kindness, respect, transparency and willingness to listen to the concerns, provide clear and complete information and provide timely guidance. For the purposes of the aforementioned, in the offices of the Barrancabermeja sectional Dian, as a Business Administration practitioner of the Cooperative University of Colombia, a very important role was played daily in the taxpayer assistance service serving the user personally in based on the knowledge, theories, techniques and strategies acquired throughout the university career complementing them with the tools and theoretical bases provided by the Entity in order to make user service more effective and dynamic, complying with the legal parameters, providing us with in turn, learning and experiences to achieve the work and business environment.
