The methodology that was followed for the fulfillment of this objective began with the previous knowledge of all the medicines of the different lines that the company manages directed towards the poultry and pig farming, followed to these the main sanitary and productive problems in the farms were identified both poultry and pig customers, in parallel the identification of which products could best match the needs. Technical visits, customer surveys and support with the most relevant pig farmers and poultry farmers in the area were carried out, the needs identified, the portfolio was divided into 7 main pharmacological groups which were: antibiotics, disinfectants, sanitizers, functional regulators, hormonal and biological, of the different laboratories that the company distributes, having as main supplier CALIER .
