The document has a structure by chapters for its approach, the first has to do with the problem statement, the objectives and the justification, trying to describe the substantial elements of the object of study, from a diverse and global perspective, but especially putting at the center of concern, entrepreneurship as a dimension that requires training in professionals, under the understanding of what it represents for the development of society, of people and their quality of life, opt for proposals in this regard. The second chapter condenses a determining component related to conceptualizing and theorizing regarding the object of study, so this part of the document includes elements related to entrepreneurship education, methods to address its teaching, project-based methodology and of course the dynamics related to technology and communications, to train in entrepreneurship, as well as the description of some environments that favor the learning of entrepreneurship. A third component of this research exercise has to do with the methodological framework, including determining developments to model the proposal, such as the methodological approach, the design and scope of the project, accompanied by the selection of the sample, population and participants, in the understanding that this exercise involved the consultation of several human sources, in addition to the conceptual ones. Likewise, the elements of reliability and validity of the sample and the instruments used to collect information are included. The fourth chapter was intended for data analysis, with the purpose of identifying and corroborating some aspects described in the document, through data analysis and discussion. This chapter includes the presentation of the personal learning environment for the development of entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurship, and finally the conclusions.
