A qualitative research is presented below, based on a systematic literature review of the factors that may be associated with the happiness of the members within an organization, with the objective of describing and synthesizing the different factors related to the according to documents published since 2000. The concept of organizational happiness is exposed in light of the positive psychology approach (POP Positive Organizational Psychology) and other concepts such as well-being, satisfaction and engagement are taken into account. Finally, we present those factors that had greater presence in the different investigations found that could be of qualitative or quantitative nature and a brief discussion is made before them. A classification of the consulted documents is also carried out, which shows the high relevance that has taken this issue in recent years in some countries on time. The above in order to present to the readers the importance of feeling at ease or happy at work and the positive consequences of this for both the employer and the employee, this, through some recommendations, that arise after the synthesis made so that companies, employers and workers can take it into account and put it into practice.
