The constant globalization of international trade, as well as the different agreements that Colombia has signed, offer great opportunities and possibilities for the country to grow and strengthen in the production and commercialization in different sectors of agriculture, with emphasis on those that are relevant in world markets like avocado. At the moment the avocado crop is in expansion, its fruit has demonstrated to possess different and valuable nutritional properties, such as its high concentration of proteins and unsaturated oils and the absence of cholesterol. (Finagro, 2012) So far, in the northern region of Tolima, the full productive potential that has been used has not been exploited. Almost all of its focus is directed to the national market, which, due to the overproduction that is being presented, makes it less and less striking, prices are falling more and more. That is why the creation of a Hass avocado marketer and export company, is born from the expectation of having a commercial product that is given in our country in an abundant way and at a low cost, also focusing on the economic and social development of the region. A total of 8 chapters will be presented in this paper in which information and steps necessary for the creation and implementation of an exporter will be presented.
